RETAINER FEE

To secure your appointment and ensure exclusivity, a non-refundable retainer fee is required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the appointment day.

PAYMENT

Please note that ALL card transactions will now include a 3.45% processing fee to cover the cost of electronic payment handling. This fee will be automatically added to your total at checkout. To avoid this fee, you’re welcome to pay in cash. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 days (48 hours priorto your appointment.) A new retainer fee will be required to book another appointment if you reschedule or cancel beyond the 48 hour time frame.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact me via text for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations CANNOT be made via Instagram or Facebook. Retainer fees are non-refundable for all services with no exceptions. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a 50% charge of the total procedure price will be applied in addition to a new retainer fee for booking an additional appointment. A 48-hour advance notice is required to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Clients are responsible for scheduling a new appointment.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment out of courtesy to others. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, allowing enough time ensures each service can be performed properly.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive to your appointment more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show". Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS

To maintain a clean and sterile environment, we kindly ask that no food or drinks be consumed in the room. This policy helps ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

NO GUESTS

No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination.

MAKEUP SERVICES POLICIES

1. Booking & Deposits

All makeup appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance on the day of the service.

Final payment is due at the time of service in CASH.

Bookings for weddings or large groups require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice. Last-minute bookings may be subject to availability and a rush fee.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 2 days’ notice. Failure to reschedule within the required time frame will result in forfeiting the deposit and you will be required to pay another one when rebooking.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in a loss of the deposit and may incur additional fees. You will also be required to pay another deposit when rebooking.

3. Health & Safety

Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions. A form is sent directly to you and you are required to fill it out prior to arrival.

If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of both parties.

4. Late Arrival

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to adjust the service or time allotted, and a late fee may apply.

5. Touch-ups & Retouches

Touch-ups are available upon request for an additional fee.

We do not offer free touch-ups after the service unless specified in your package.

6. Service Expectations

Please come to your appointment with a clean, moisturized face. If you wish to have a pre-makeup skincare treatment, please let us know in advance.

If you request a specific look, we will do our best to replicate it. However, please keep in mind that each person’s features and skin type may result in slight variations. Online pictures can also be deceiving due to photoshop and other editing tools.

7. Group Bookings

For weddings or group bookings, a consultation and trial run are highly recommended to ensure satisfaction with the final look.

Travel fees may apply for on-location services depending on distance from our studio.

8. Photography & Social Media

We reserve the right to take photos of your makeup for promotional purposes and social media.

Wedding Makeup Trial Policy

Thank you for considering Alexandrea’s Artistry for your wedding makeup! Please review our policy for wedding trials:

  1. Trial Eligibility: Trials are available only to clients who have confirmed their booking with us for their wedding day. A deposit is required to secure both your wedding day and trial appointment.

2. Booking & Fee: Trials must be scheduled at least 3 months before the wedding. A non-refundable trial fee is due at booking. Trials are a separate service. This ensures that the bride has flexibility in choosing whether or not she’d like one and ensures that the time and products used for the trial are properly accounted for.

3. Expectations: Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Bring inspiration photos if you have them, but please be open to suggestions based on your features and skin type.

4. Time & Materials: We only conduct trials for clients who have booked their wedding day services with us to ensure our time and materials are used efficiently.

5. Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any trial cancellations or rescheduling. Late notice may incur a fee.

EYEBROW PMU POLICIES

SHAPING YOUR BROWS

To ensure your satisfaction, we’ll carefully map the shape of your eyebrows to complement your unique facial features and bone structure before starting the procedure. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request any adjustments at this stage. Please note, we are not liable for any changes requested after you leave the studio.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Before-and-after photos/videos will be taken as required by insurance and may be shared on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, my website, and others, for marketing and advertising purposes.

THIS IS TYPICALLY A TWO STEP PROCESS

Permanent eyebrow tattoos, like any tattoo, are a multi-step process involving an Initial Session and a Perfecting Session, spaced 6-12 weeks apart. Within the first week after the initial session, the color will lighten significantly in both shade and size. While some clients’ skin may retain the pigment well and heal beautifully without further touch-ups, most will need a second session. In some cases, a third session may be necessary to achieve the desired look.

BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION

This session requires a separate fee. Since results can vary, we highly recommend booking your 6-12 week touch-up in advance, though it is not required. It is your responsibility to schedule this session, and we cannot guarantee availability. Any touch-up scheduled beyond the 12-week window will incur a higher fee. No exceptions!

HEALED RESULTS

Results are not guaranteed and will vary for each client. Achieving the desired outcome may require a second or third session at additional cost. Various factors—including age, diet, skin type, lifestyle, skincare routine, post-care, medications, and previous tattoo removal or cover-ups—can all impact results. Please be aware that more than one session may be necessary.

COLOR REFRESHERS

To keep your eyebrow tattoo results looking vibrant, a touch-up is recommended every 12-24 months, as the color will gradually fade. The frequency of touch-ups depends on factors such as the color used (lighter shades fade faster), lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare products, and the use of harsh products or chemical peels.

IF YOU HAVE EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

All cover-ups include an additional $100 fee. While cover-ups and color corrections are sometimes possible, not all previous work can be corrected. Previous tattoos can be complex, time-consuming, and results are not guaranteed. Most eyebrow tattoo cover-ups or corrections require two or more sessions, spaced 6-12 weeks apart. Achieving the best outcome may require patience and dedication. Due to the time and effort involved in correcting poorly done tattoos, the cost and number of sessions cannot be determined in advance.

If you have previous work done by another artist, you must receive approval before booking. Please email three clear photos of your full face and unfiltered, bare eyebrows in natural lighting for review to: alexandreasartistry@gmail.com

BEFORE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: 4 Weeks Before Your Permanent Eyebrow Makeup Procedure

  • Avoid acne cream treatments as they thin out and oversensitize the skin.
  • Healing may be prolonged if you're on antibiotics (approximately 2 weeks, or longer).
  • Refrain from laser or chemical peels within 4 weeks of your procedure.
  • Avoid sunburns on your face, as ink may not retain well.
  • AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) and certain creams can cause premature fading, necessitating more touch-ups.

Step 2: 2 Weeks to 48 Hours Before Your Procedure

  • Avoid Botox 2 weeks before and after.
  • Skip eyebrow tinting to avoid confusion during pigment selection.
  • Reschedule if you have skin irritation or large blemishes on your brows.
  • If feeling unwell, with cold or flu symptoms, sinus/respiratory infection, please reschedule.
  • Avoid waxing, tweezing, or threading eyebrows; we'll groom them during the session.
  • No alcohol 48 hours before to prevent patchy healed results.

Step 3: 24 Hours Before Your Procedure

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
  • Aspirin and blood thinners may lead to extra bleeding and uneven healed results.
  • Wear glasses instead of contact lenses to prevent lens movement.
  • Refrain from strenuous exercises, thermogenic stimulants, or anything elevating blood pressure.
  • Menstrual cycle may increase sensitivity.
  • Arrive with your usual brow routine to convey your preferences.

AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: The Day of Treatment - First 12 Hours

  • Gently blot the area with clean tissue to absorb any excess lymph fluid, which may accumulate on the brow area. This fluid is clear and may or may not be present.
  • Removing any lymph fluid prevents it from forming into a thick, dry crust that could affect pigment retention and results. Repeat this process every few minutes until lymph fluid secretion stops.

Step 2: Day 1-10: Wash AM/PM with Gentle Foaming Cleanser

  • Upon waking up, gently wash your face and brows to remove bacteria and dead skin.
  • Wash your face again before bedtime.
  • Wash your face outside of the shower, using a gentle circular motion following your natural hair growth.
  • Rinse well with warm (not hot) water.
  • Pat dry with a clean paper towel and allow the brows to air dry.

Step 3: Days 1-10: Moisturize

  • Ensure brows are completely dry for at least 5 minutes before applying ointment; never apply ointment on damp brows.
  • Use a Q-Tip to apply a very thin layer of ointment, avoiding any shine or film. Apply only enough to moisturize.

NO REFUNDS
will be issued as the service has been completed.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Alexandrea’s Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or fire any client for any given reason, at any given time.
